Return Policy
We hope you will be happy with the excellent items you purchase from us. We receive only one or two requests for refunds every few years.
Non-Refundable Items: We offer courses, consultations, digital items like books, artwork, and the special order items Vastu Pyramid and Meru Chakra. All of these are final purchases and not refundable.
If the Meru Chakra or Vastu Pyramid are damaged in shipping, please photograph and document the pyramid and the container and immediately contact Transcendence Design to initiate a claim with DHL.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package and complete any approved returns or exchanges within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Refunds on orders placed with Shop Pay Installments will have the Shop Pay Installments merchant fees deducted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or better and include our RMA. Please contact us us first with a full description of the problem so we can determine if we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: Banks and credit card companies can take a while to show refunds. If you haven’t received an authorized refund, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take more days before your refund is officially posted on your account. If you’ve done this but still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@transcendencedesign.com.
Exchanges: When possible, we replace items if they are damaged in shipping. To exchange for the same item, send a detailed email about the situation to orders@transcendencedesign.com and then once approved, send your item to PO Box 1403, Ross, CA USA 94957 unless we specify different instructions.
Return Shipping: To return your product, once you have the RMA described above, carefully pack and mail your product to: PO Box 1403, Ross, CA USA 94957 USA.
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the items were damaged during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may wish to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
