my spiritual practice? i try for Bodhicitta: some deity meditations, etc. Tibetan meditation for over 25 years. i chanted the short Medicine Buddha mantra as i ran the Medicine Buddha through the press...ditto for the rest, as "Om Tare tuTare ture Svaha" for white Tara.
