Vastu Design Consultations: Homes, gardens, and home-based business Vaastu consultations are $150 an hour; consulting for businesses located outside the home, $200 an hour. Your needs, questions, issues, and budget determine the length of the Vastu consult.
Vastu Assessment Fees for New Home Purchases: $300 for homes under $500,000, $400-$900 for homes up to two million, and $1008 per house for homes valued at over two million. If the property is not healthy for you and Vastu suitable, I'll advise you to keep looking.
On-site consultations available in Los Angeles, CA and anywhere by appointment. Sherri will drive to your home or business in LA, Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, etc. Travel fee for driving distances over 30 minutes. Trips also arranged for other locations.
I perceive the most information when I'm physically in the home, garden, or office but work with people all over the world from floorplans. For detailed Vastu Shastra assessments and recommendations as a custom written Vastu report, clients send the lot and floor plan clearly marked with the directions (N, S, E, W), using a compass or Google Earth. Indicate location of doors, windows, furniture placement, and use of rooms. You can include photos, questions, and issues. Expect 2-4 weeks for your Vastu consultation, or pay our rush fee. Deposits required for consultations, and consultation fees are of course non-refundable but may be applied to future Vastu consulting. If you want to correct your compass for your local declination (the difference between true north and magnetic north), follow the steps at http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/geomagmodels/Declination.jsp Once you have the declination, you can adjust your compass and tell precisely where N-S-E-W are.
