Vastu clients report self-empowerment and greater ease and success in life. Inquire about Vastu consultation appointments, remodel advice, architect and designer collaborations, interior design, and art consultant services. Expect 2-4 weeks for your Vastu consultation, or pay a rush fee. Deposits required for consultations.
Vastu Design Consultations: Homes, gardens, and home-based businesses are $135 an hour; businesses located outside the home, $200 an hour. Your needs, questions, issues, and budget determine the length of the consult.
Vastu Assessment Fees for New Home Purchases: $225 for homes under $500,000, $300-$600 for homes up to two million, and $900 per house for homes valued at over two million. If the property is not Vastu suitable, I'll advise you to keep looking.
I perceive the most information when I'm physically in the home, garden, or office. For detailed Vastu Shastra assessments and recommendations from floorplans as a written Vastu report, clients send the lot and floor plan marked with the directions (N, S, E, W), using a compass or Google Earth.
