 Sherri Silverman - Transcendental Artist & Expert Vastu Consultant
Sherri Silverman, Ph.D., is an artist, writer, and Vastu sacred space design consultant through her business, Transcendence Design. Sherri's book Vastu: Transcendental Home Design in Harmony with Nature was recommended by the Chopra Center and continues to be featured in publications nationally. She has worked with Vastu clients in Santa Fe, the USA, and internationally since 1999.
Sherri taught meditation, yoga, and spiritual development courses for decades; she studied directly with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. She was also an adjunct professor at several colleges, including Naropa University.
Her media appearances include KSFR's Goddess Radio. Sherri has lectured on Vastu at the Denver Art Museum and was a popular speaker at Santa Fe Design Week 2005 and 2006. Numerous honors include listings in Who's Who in the West, Who's Who of American Women, and 2000 Outstanding Artists & Designers of the 20th Century.
Sherri's artwork is in the New Mexico State Capitol Art Collection and is featured in the book 100 Artists of the Southwest. Making art, meditating, and teaching spiritual practices have enhanced Sherri's sensitivity to energy, beauty, and placement. Her innate talents, knowledge of Vastu and Vedic knowledge, and intuitive spiritual skills help her apply Asian concepts to the process of creating inner and outer serenity and beauty in home, garden, and business spaces.
